Associated Grammar Schools of Victoria (AGSV)

Established in 1920, the Associated Grammar Schools of Victoria (AGSV) is one of the leading school sporting associations in Victoria. Governance

The AGSV is an Incorporated Association which is governed by a Board consisting of the Heads / Principals of each member school. The current Chair of the Board is Dr Hicks, Principal of Camberwell Grammar School.

Each school is also represented on the AGSV Sport Coordinators Committee which meets five times a year to oversee and review the sporting program. The current Chair of this Committee is Mr Troy Rowe (Executive Officer).

Arrangements for the AGSV / APS Girls Sport program are determined by a Committee of Delegates and Sport Coordinators from the twelve co-educational schools in the two Associations. The postion of Chairman alternates on a yearly basis between the two Associations. Mr Troy Rowe (AGSV Executive Officer) and Mr Luke Soulos (APS Executive Officer) jointly implement the girls sport program.
